American Dreamers Renovations is an award-winning*, full-service, home construction and renovation company founded in 2010 by leading female contractor Morgan Kumpfmiller.

From kitchen, bathroom, and basement renovations to new construction and home additions, our in-house team of experienced craftsmen deliver quality products and service with several core values: responsiveness, cleanliness, and professionalism.

We work hard and smart; we incorporate the latest in technology, design, creative spending, and application into every project. The quality of our workmanship is so important to American Dreamers Renovations, we never sub-contract any portion of our work.

It is the mission of American Dreamers Renovations to deliver superior remodeling and renovation project results to our clients, also known as “our Dreamers.” We focus on creativity, imagination, and our Dreamers’ visions paired with responsiveness, dependability, and cleanliness.

It is also our long-term goal, through our own high standards, to elevate the negative connotations that are associated with traditional contracting.

SCHEDULE YOUR ESTIMATE TODAY

American Dreamers Renovations offers in-person estimate appointments.

For in-person estimates, we charge a $49 Service Fee which is later applied as a credit to your project. Estimates are emailed two weeks from the date of your appointment.

All fees are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule an estimate appointment, the fee is transferrable to another appointment so long as you call to reschedule no less than 24 hours in advance.
