Client Relations & Office Assistant
American Dreamers Renovations (ADR) is a home construction and renovation company led by leading female contractor Morgan Kumpfmiller. As ADR has been growing exponentially since it’s inception in 2010, we are currently looking for a Part-time Client Relations & Office Assistant.
The Client Relations & Office Assistant is a part-time, work-from-home position.
This individual will serve as the right-hand of our Chief Operating Officer.
The office hours for this position are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30a-4:30p and this individual must be able to drive within 10 miles of Greensburg at least twice a month.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Proficient in Microsoft Suite – Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
Experience with Microsoft Teams preferred
Knowledge of QuickBooks required
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills
Good at multi-tasking
Ability to work under pressure
Exceptional attention to detail
Work history in Customer Service preferred
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Professionally and promptly answer incoming calls
Provide callers with information such as scheduling an estimate, web site information, and other related information
Assist with the tracking of expenses for Client projects and personnel
Assist with the ongoing progression of current and upcoming Client projects
Ensure high quality customer service
Complete other duties as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer
The start date for this position is on or after Monday, March 22, 2021.

While this is a part-time position, as the company continues to grow, there is room for growth.
